To control industrial applications through SPI and I2C using LAN communication protocol 

   

 1.1     Introduction

This  project has profound implications on a vast variety of fields. This thesis presents the  implementation of control system through SPI and I²C communication protocol.

Basically we have used SPI and I²C to gather and manipulate data from a source. This data is stored in a database, and can be manipulated and used in any desired way. The main task of the system is the control and management of the transmission between remote units and terminal via SPI and I2C  module. This is performed by the control unit, which is programmed to perform the desired function.

This project includes control system and management of the transmission between remote equipments e.g. Sensors and actuators, like temperature sensing, AC and DC motor. The main agenda of this project is to control and communicate the peripherals through Serial peripheral interface (SPI) and inter integrated circuits (I2C) using master and slave devices .it has the following

 

Problem Definition:

Data acquisition is the process of sampling of real world physical conditions and conversion of the resulting samples into digital numeric values that can be manipulated by a computer. Data acquisition and data acquisition systems typically involve the conversion of analog waveforms into digital values for processing.
